Vendor is very good technically, has and shares knowledge freely and produces working output aligned with specifications. Vendor was very willing and able to connect on Skype and discuss requirements, issues, etc. As with many vendors, be sure to be very specific in your requirements and have one-on-one sessions as needed to clarify and document.

Worked with Delgence Technologies for a Matlab project. They know what they are doing, there were so professional and we got an excellent output within the agreed time frame. Moreover, we've got a great support even at late night in some cases, thanks to Abhishek who didn't bother even when we called him at late night, Even after closing the project they promised to provide a support.
