Work Terms
Consultation : I offer a consultation to discuss your project's scope and answer any initial questions. In-depth consultations lasting 15 - 30 minutes are available to delve deeper into your vision and explore design possibilities.
Project Fees: My fees are based on the project's complexity and scope. I offer tiered retainer packages that encompass various design services (e.g., space planning, furniture selection, material specification). I do not take any deposit upon confirmation but instead will require full amount payment once drawings are done.
Payment Schedule: All invoices are submitted electronically and can be paid securely online via bank transfer.
Revision Policy: My initial design presentations include 3 rounds of revisions to ensure your vision is perfectly captured. Additional revisions can be accommodated for a fee of S$50 per drawing.
Project Timelines: A typical 3Bedroom residential interior design project takes 3-7 days, with timelines varying depending on project size and complexity. A detailed project timeline will be included in your proposal, outlining key milestones and estimated completion dates.
Communication Methods: I prioritize clear and consistent communication throughout the design process. I primarily use whatsapp for project updates, important information, and design document sharing. We can also schedule regular phone calls or video conferences to discuss progress and address any questions you may have.
