Delian is as good as they get. Although this job was only a relatively small one, the requirements were such that a very precise solution was needed. He not only had a mockup done shortly after making his introduction to me (before the project was even awarded), he got the job completed to spec in a very short turnaround AND gave follow-up support to ensure a smooth implimentation of the code to our servers. Delian is someone i will work with again.

Delian provided great support during and after the project. He helped us install svn & trac on our server, and spend many hours walking us through the entire project. Very satisfied!
