Hours of Operations:
My standard working hours are from [9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, EST, Monday to Friday]. During this time, you can expect prompt responses to inquiries, project updates, and any communication related to ongoing writing projects. However, I understand the dynamic nature of writing, and for urgent or time-sensitive projects, I may be available outside of these hours upon prior arrangement.
Payment Terms:
For new clients, a 50% payment is required before commencing work on any project. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion and delivery of the final content.
For returning clients, we can discuss flexible payment options based on the scope and nature of the project.
Accepted payment methods will be mutually agreed-upon. Invoices will be provided for all transactions, and receipts can be provided upon request.
