For the past 21 years, I have been working for the same company. The first five years, I was an independent contractor, and the company was my biggest client. I was hired full-time on staff in 2003, and after 2-1/2 years I was promoted to Property Manager, which has been my position since then. My job requires me to be a Jack of All Trades. I am in the process of transitioning to work-at-home jobs as part of my long-term retirement plan.
I only accept gigs that I know I can finish by the deadline, and submit exceptional work. If I've applied for your job, you can be sure that I will complete it as requested. Work Terms

I work the hours needed to get the job done as agreed. Payment terms are by agreement, but typically within 10 days of completion of the job. For larger jobs, we may need to agree on milestone payments. For myriad reasons, I prefer to communicate by text or email, but for longer, more involved conversations, I can make myself available by phone.
