I had been working in a customer support field for 9 years already. Doing Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales, and Energy Market Forecasting. In my recent position as Internal Sales Representative with Optimus Energy. I Service the needs of our existing clients, respond to new sales inquiries and to support the activities of the external sales team. Receive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product / service information, support and pricing details in response to inbound enquiries, promoting the features and benefits of the company’s products / services. Process sales orders and arrange the dispatch and administration of products sold. Receive, manage or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of the company's products / services. Maintain sales statistics and records of sales performance. Provide administrative support for the production of RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other sales related documents. Identify sales leads and escalate them to external sales staff. During my stay with EPIS, I am able to acquire a skill in Energy Forecasting that allows me to have a whole different view of how energy market works. In years that I worked as a Technical Support for Microsoft, I developed a deep understanding of how computer hardware and software work and find a solution if an issue is encountered. And that knowledge was further strengthened when I work with OMG Tech Support as one of the Geek Squad Representative in which we fix more complicated computer issues. Also, working with Verizon and Telstra, I get to understand a lot about The Internet Connectivity and how to fix issues in a short period of time.
