About

Construction Project Manager with knowledge and experience in all facets of the industry.

I am a First Nation Individual from Ontario, Canada. I have over 20 years experience in all facets of Construction at all levels of the Industry from Site Supervisor to Project Manager and Client Representative. Projects Completed range from 200 Million to 2 Million in project budget. My proudest project include Casino Rama (orginial construction where I cut my "construction teeth"), Casino Rama Resort, David Brailey Athletic Centre for McMaster University, Olympic Spirit Toronto (now defunct), and small scale housing developments for Rama First Nation (developments included from a 6 unit development to a 10 unit development).
I also have experience in the Solar Industry and have spent much time obtaining additional education and self learning in many facets of the sustainable development construction industry and am one of the early adopters of the CAGBC LEED program and am a LEED A.P. (LEED is a registered trademark).

Work Terms

I will meet all agreed deadlines and objectives, for the agreed scope of work for an assigned project. I work from home so most work will be through Skype and Email. I will work based on a quoted lump sum price, an hourly rate or an hourly rate to a guaranteed maximum upset price.
