I use to develop web application from the scratch.The reasons are: 1. I believe each employer needs a custom application. 2. There will be no general purpose or open-source application such as Joomla, Drupal, Mambo or PHPFox able to completely accommodate that requirement. 3. Employers deserve to obtain a certain set of rights for the application they acquired including resell it. No unnecessary legal and license issues.So the application I delivered will always a genuine one.

Work Terms

Prefer to have a project in a contract basis in certain period of time and flat rate.
Depend on project size and time frame, some projects will acquire partial delivery and partial payment.

For projects valued less than 2500, in general will need escrow to start.
