I was an Data Analyst for a Travel and Expense company and was promoted after 6 months to Quality Assurance Analyst.
I then moved to Customer Service and handled a Cable account both general and technical departments.
I was then offered a new role as a Customer Experience Specialist and stayed for 2 and a half years before moving on to this, Freelancing, career.
