Reduce your stress and workload by using a truly professional freelancer. I take all my assignments seriously, and I can make your life easier by getting things done right the first time.
Let's face it. We all want to work with someone we can trust. But, how do you know you can trust me?
I've been working as a professional, freelance artist, designer, and writer for the last 20 years.
I have vast experience in art, graphic design, web design, print, layout, illustration, game art, writing and editing. I've worked on small and large projects; both with individuals and small companies, as well as with large corporations, like AOL and The New York Times Company.
This isn't a fly-by-night idea, a trial, or a whim for me. I'm a professional, and this is what I do. Every day.
I have an arsenal of tools, ranging from the essentials like Photoshop and Illustrator, to other apps and devices that allow me to bring a unique element to any project when needed, including:
• photo manipulation and filtering software;
• sprite sheet creators;
• particle creators;
• glyph creation software (for bm fonts in games and apps);
• iMacs;
• iPhones;
• iPads;
• an Axiotron ModBook; and
• Wacom tablets.
Additionally, since I've also made a living as a fine artist, I have a studio full of traditional art supplies, including acrylics, watercolors, pens, markers, inks, pencils, enameling, and even mosaic supplies.
Like I said, this really is what I do.
I do NOT use logo "generators," or clip art. I also do NOT recycle work I've done for others. Everything I create is 100% original. I will NOT sub-contract my work. I am the only person working on your designs.

Work Terms
1) I only bid on and accept jobs that I think I can excel with. If I submit a proposal, or accept an invitation, it is because I truly believe I "get" what you're trying to accomplish. If I do not bid, or respond to an invitation, it's not personal -- it's just that I believe there are others more suited to deliver the results you desire.
2) I am currently available for small, one-time jobs, as well as for ongoing projects.
Additionally, in some situations, I will consider long- and short-term employment, including full-time or part-time work; contracted positions; and being kept on retainer for my skills.
3) I may negotiate a flat rate that comes out to less than my stated hourly rate, depending on the circumstances, and the complexity/appeal of the project.
4) As a general rule, my terms are 40% non-refundable deposit; 30% upon approval of the samples; and the remaining 30% when the work is completed.
5) My preferred method of communication is email, however I know that sometimes an actual conversation is needed. For those times, I will make myself available via instant message, Skype, or telephone.
6) You can provide samples of other people's work (logos, sites, apps, etc.) for inspiration or reference, but I will not copy another artist's work. Nor will I knowingly create anything that infringes upon another party's intellectual property, products or services.
7) All except #6 are negotiable. If we're a good match, we can probably work something out.
