I usually charge $50 for 3D rendering and $35 for 2D detailing of a room or a particular area like living room, bathroom, kitchen, etc.

Work Terms

Freelance Interior Design Services Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work:
I offer interior design services including architectural 3D rendering, furniture 2D & 3D design, and 2D detailing for residential and commercial projects.

2. Hours of Operation:
I am available for project inquiries and communication during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT-5)
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (GMT-5)
Sunday: Closed

3. Payment Terms:
Hourly Rate: $50 for 3D rendering, $35 for 2D detailing.
Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely through the freelance platform's designated payment system.
Payment Schedule: For projects exceeding $200, a 50% upfront payment is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery.
Invoicing: Invoices will be provided for all services rendered, detailing work completed and corresponding charges.

4. Project Communication:
Clients are encouraged to communicate project requirements, revisions, and any clarifications via the freelance platform's messaging system.
I am committed to responding to messages within 24 hours during operating hours.

5. Refund Policy:
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued in accordance with the freelance platform's refund policy and the specific circumstances of the project.
No refunds will be provided for completed work unless it does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

6. Project Delivery:
Project deliverables will be provided in the agreed-upon format and within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Any delays in project delivery will be communicated promptly to the client.

7. Ownership and Usage Rights:
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to the final design deliverables.
I retain the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise specified by the client.

8. Confidentiality:
All client information and project details are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
