I am hard-working and dedicated.
I have several years of customer service and technical support experience. Most of that is customer facing. I have worked remotely for the past few years. I worked as a Tier 2 tech support agent for support.com and their client Comcast, troubleshooting and resolving wireless internet issues on multiple devices and platforms. I work as a freelancer for Modsquad. I have experience with ticket support in Zendesk and chat support in Helpshift. I was also a part of the social media team with Modsquad for awhile as well.
We have a small home business. We make leather and chainmail items, mostly jewelry. We sell online and occasionally we will set up for local events. When I have time I enjoy reading, mysteries are my favorite. I also like being outdoors, fishing, camping, etc.
