Consultant/ EVM Trainer/MS Project Trainer
A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Earned Value Professional (EVP) with more than seventeen years experience using Project / MS Project / Microsoft Project and performing project planning and scheduling as well as Earned Value Management. I have Microsoft Office Specialist certification in MS Project - obtained in 2000 from Microsoft. I also have Microsoft Project certification - obtained in 2002 from BrainBench, and Integrated Planning and Development of Projects Using Microsoft Project - obtained in 1998 from the University of the West Indies Continuing Engineering Education Center. I have taught the course 'MS Project Basics for PMs'* to project managers at General Dynamics IT and GeoEye among others and I have also developed and taught role-specific Earned Value Management courses for Project / Program Managers, Control Account Managers and Earned Value Analysts. I have over 25 years of Project Planning, Scheduling and Controls experience and a decade and a half of Earned Value Management experience working for several major defense contractors including BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon. I have provided consulting services to General Dynamics, HP, GE Aviation, Eaton Corporation and a number of smaller companies.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation: 8:00AM - 6:00PM 7 days a week;
Payment Terms: Training-Payment in full 3 days before training date; Services - 25% up front with the remainder due 7 days after submission of invoice [per terms of Letter Contract to be signed before work begins];
