As A Customer Service Representative:
I have been a Customer Service Representative for four (4) years, and I know well that in this job I have to interact with a company’s customers. I make it a point to provide all customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with the company procedure.
As an Encoder:
I have been an encoder for six (6) years because I am doing this as a part time job since my freshmen year in college. I can type 40-50 words per minute. In my previous job, I am accustomed in preparing source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information, entering customer’s account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard, transcribing information into required electronic format and maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures of the company. I also know that it is very important to maintain the customer’s confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. I am organized, have strong clerical skills, have a strong knowledge of and experience with certain software programs, and have the ability to work under pressure.
As a Telemarketer:
I have been in this Job for 6 months, I know that this job requires product knowledge, exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, must have proficiency in relevant computer applications, and have ability to function independently and multi-task. Also solicit orders for goods and services over the telephone and explain the product or services to potential customers. I also understood that it is important to secure the information, to maintain operations by following policies and procedures, and to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Work Terms

I want to work full time, around 40 hours per week.
I am flexible regarding work schedules. I can work Daytime or Graveyard shifts.
I have the ability to function independently and the ability to do multi-tasking work.
I am willing to learn new things/skills and develop it along the way.
I believe in giving quality work.
