5+ years of professional experience working in corporate sector which includes thorough and detailed understanding of the US federal/state Government acquisition, source selection process and procurement life-cycle. I have good understanding of US government Federal and State contract proposal efforts, government RFQ's, RFP's, RFI's documentation, procurement process, proposal preparation, and evaluation and compliance auditing. Experience in writing proposal sections which includes but not limited to Technical Approach, Past performances, Position Descriptions, Compensation plans, Quality Assurance Plans, Recruitment Plans, Staffing Plans, Phase-in & out Plans & other Management Sections.
