Achieving perfection in all aspect of my work, and building strong personable relationships with my customers is my top priority.
I grew up on a small dairy farm in rural ontario where I learned the importance of great work ethic. I attended college and studied mechanical engineering with a focus on design and analysis. I have taken continuing education courses in FEA analysis, ABB robot programming, PLC programming, Visual Basic programming and Engineering Economics.
I enjoy restoring 70's era pickup trucks and sport cars as a hobby, and am currently working on a 79 Ford Bronco 2 powered by a Volkswagen Turbo Diesel motor. I am also an avid rock climber and a musician, playing violin guitar and piano.
I started my career working for 2 years as a Process Engineer in a factory making suspension components for BMW and Mercedes where I became an expert in CNC machining and design for manufacturing. From there I worked 4 years at the same company as a Mechanical Design Engineer doing FEA, destructive testing and designing an all Aluminum product line for Mercedes. I decided to take my skills and open a consulting business. I grew the business from the ground up and now have 5 employees. Our team applies the lessons learned from working at high level manufacturing companies to streamline our processes and provide the absolute best prices and service to our customers.
We view our business as an extension of our hobbies. All of us at CCE are dedicated to our disciplines, and we love what we do, and I believe it shows in our work. We have two certified mechanical engineers, a welder, machinist and electrician on staff. Our customers projects become our passions, and we won't settle for anything less than perfection. When a job leaves our shop, its something that we are proud of, and I think that makes all the difference for our customers, as they know how picky we are when it comes to quality.

Our engineering staff works 24/7, so design work, CAD (3D or 2D), FEA etc have quick turn around times. Welding, CNC machining and custom fabrication take place between 7am and 4:30pm EST.
Payment should be made in full upon completion of a job. For custom fabrication projects where material cost exceeds $500.00 CAD or for Engineering tasks where time investment will exceed 28 hours, a deposit agreed upon between myself and the customer will be required.
We will gladly ship to and travel to the united states if the project requires it.
