What started as an idea in a dorm by two young professionals in 2011 has now evolved into a full-fledged business model. We are PSD2X, a design agency based out of India specialising in delivering high quality, W3C compliant markup solutions in a short turnaround time. Over the past few years we have acquired the most amazing talent in the industry and have overgrown to a team of 100 plus professionals.

Work Terms
- Hours of operation: Our official timing start from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST. We work 5 days a week but are available 24*7 for our customers to assist them with their needs. We are also flexible with work timings and provide overlapping time to our clients as per their time zone so that everyone could be on the same page and communication could not be any problem.
- Payment Terms: Below are the Project models we prefer working on:
i.) Fixed cost - this model we follow when the scope of work is defined. The payment terms depends upon the type and cost of the project like for the project less than US$500, we take 100% upfornt. For the projects cost more than US%501 and less than US$2500, we take 50:50. The proect which are more than US$2501, we go with customized term on mutual agreement basis with our customers.
ii.) Time and Material: We work on hourly model where our hourly tate starts from US$10 till US$30 depending upon the nature and size of the project. We offer prepaid packages to our customers which we adjust against the work done.
iii.) Dedicated engagement: We assign dedicated resources to the customers based upon their project needs. Customer can choose their own resource/ resources by taking their interviews/ tests. The cost per resource per month start from US$1500 till US$3000 depending upon the experience level and skill set require of the resource. It can be more as well.
For dedicated engagement, we deliver 160 man hours productivity per month where the resource work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and 20 days a month.
- Communication style: We are very much flexible and reachable anytime 24*7 for communication. All we prefer is a pre-schedule meeting/ call however random calls whenever required from our customers are also welcome.
Communication modes: Phone calls, Skype, Team viewer, Project Management Tools and any other IM/ tools as per customers convenience :)
