I have been in the Information Technology Industry as a consultant for 7 years with the last 3 in Project Management and Strategy. One of the most important and difficult lessons I've learned during this time is how to put together a high performing team that serves its clients’ needs while providing a quality working atmosphere. This area is not only where I excel as a manager, but it is also the area I most enjoy. As a consultant, I love to get results—whether it's in preparing a new system, proposal, or policy.
