I am an engineering professional with 3 years of experience in providing BIM services while working in a reputed BIM company and around 10 months of experience in delivering the BIM services for independent projects. I had worked on considerable number of projects of Airport, Stadium, Medical center, Hospital, School, Residential and commercial buildings. Now I am looking forward for some Independent freelancing projects in this field.

Services provided:
3D model with coordinated Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection (MEPF) services (in any required Level of Detailing i.e. LOD)
Plan shop drawings
Spool Drawings, Penetration/ Sleeve Drawings, Trimble drawings, Builder's work drawings
Schedule for Bill of Quantities/ Material (i.e. BOM/ BOQ)
4D simulation with time

I will provide services through the following Software:
Autodesk Revit
Autodesk Navisworks
Autodesk Autocad
Autodesk Fabrication
Autocad Plant 3D
BIM 360

Work Terms

Hours of operation will be as per the project needs, preferred languages for healthy communication are English and Hindi and terms of the payments are better to be pre-decided.
