Work Terms
Project Scope, deliverable are agreed upon with client prior to engagement start. The contract service agreement between the Diamosoft and client will have a final proposal with agreed scope, deliverable, project milestones, assumptions, support terms, along with standard terms and conditions.
Diamosoft requests a deposit of 25% of the quoted cost during project start-up and the remaining as per the agreed milestones. Payment terms are finalized with client based on work profile, scope, effort requirements.
