My name is Diana. I have 9 years of experience in customer service. I worked for a personal care home. During those years, I was training for a position where I would be the Excutive Director. I learned management skills, computer skills, made out schedules for staff, done staff meetings and trainings, made out duties and assignments for residents care, communicated with hospice, physicians, home health, marketers, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and anything else that was asked of myself.
