Hi! My Name is Diana Flor A. Salasalan. I am very interested in your job post because my expertise is in the customer service field with over 7 years of experience. I am someone who easily adapts to my working environment regardless of if it'll be in a team or if it requires less supervision. I love learning new skills and knowledge.

I am an AB Mass Communication graduate and I majored in Advertising. After graduating in 2006 I did some freelance website and graphic designing for a few months then I joined Sitel Philippines which I was an employee for over a year. Sitel is one of the companies that pioneered in the Business Outsourcing Industry here in the Philippines and I was with them as Customer Care Representative that receives inbound calls and handles real-time assistance for customer about their billing questions, product inquiry, sales processing, and technical troubleshooting concern for a Satellite Radio Company based in the USA.

After my 2 year employment, I resigned and worked in a small business initiated by a friend of mine. I was part of a team that has 6 members and worked as a researcher for a project to create a social media website similar to Friendster. Sadly, the project didn't push through due to financial reason.

I went back to my comfort zone which is Customer Service so I got a job again as a call center agent with a job description of Customer Care Service Representative. The BPO company name is Telus Philippines. Like my first company, the job was pretty similar since it's a customer service for billing concern and technical issue though it's for a Telecommunication but is still based in the USA. I was with them for over 2 years. Then I left the company due to a personal matter.

My recent employer is Alorica Philippines and been an employee since May of 2014. I started with the company as a Customer Care Representative for T-Mobile USA
