I've started working as a chat sales support agent for a computer company for 3 years wherein I handle 3 chats at a time continuously. I assist customers in looking for the right computer based on their needs and budget.
I've also done other online jobs for 2 years like data collection, internet research, proofreading, article writing, product research, email assistance, admin support and virtual assistance.
I also worked as a support engineer for a year wherein I answer how-to questions about the product like for goal and performance management and troubleshoot the errors the customers are getting through a ticket, call, or web meeting.
After being a support engineer, I got accepted as a workforce analyst in another department. I did inbound and outbound reports using MS Excel. I also monitored real time adherence and absenteeism.
