Exceptional Medical & General Transcription Services

Hello,

I have been providing transcription services for over fifteen years, having worked for various organizations, companies and individuals. I am currently seeking a few more clients to add to my client base, and therefore open to casual or part-time work, which could lead to full-time.

I also guarantee all of my services, and provide exceptional customer service and good communications. I have excellent transcription formats to choose from (if you don't have your own), which I can provide; these formats allow you to quickly insert proper name spelling into your document (if I am not provided with the information and cannot find it online), etc. If audio has a lot of background noise, I also have software that can remove a lot of this, which allows for a better end product with fewer timestamps. I can do verbatim with timestamps throughout the transcript or not, and I can send you the specifics on these different formats so that you can choose what works best for your project, and to make any changes to best suit your specific needs (for example, if you prefer that spoken grammatical errors be corrected in the document or left verbatim, etc.).

I work on a first-come-first-serve basis, but I am normally very flexible, as my clients tend to have fairly broad deadlines. If I commit to a project, you can rely on it being done on time, and most likely before the deadline.

Work Terms

I am available Monday to Friday, including weekends and holidays, as required. I am flexible regarding payment, whether your preference is per transcript, per word, per hour, etc. My preferred method of contact is by email. Thank you!
