Diane Hollingworth has held the position of Director of Sales at Brabo Benefits and Payroll, located in the Greater Boston area, since February 2017. Brabo specializes in Human Resource, Employee Benefits and Payroll services for Small to Midsize Businesses. Prior to joining Brabo, Diane was Director of Regional Sales at Paychex, an industry leader in the Payroll and Human Resource outsourcing. Diane has expertise in sales performance metrics and standards; building channel and vertical marketing programs; sales leadership development; and sales training. She worked in several large geographic markets, leading a team of sales managers who evaluated and rebuilt under performing sales organizations. Diane developed a process used to evaluate these under performing regions which was then standardized and employed throughout the organization. The process includes evaluation and improvement of business planning, organizational culture, sales training and leadership development. Diane has held various Sales Management roles at Paychex between 1999-2016.
Work Terms
I work Monday through Friday between 7am and 9pm to accommodate multiple time zones. I prefer to be paid electronically through PayPal or similar system. The best method of communication is email, text or call.
