I have trained as an Admin Assistant for 5 months in Sugar Regulatory and Enforcement Division which is a Government Agency. I used to encode reports in Microsoft Word and input data in Excel. I also made to edit and enhance report presentation from PowerPoint.
I have worked as a Business Client Relations Assistant for 3 years on a multi-industry company that owns and operates businesses dealing with financial services such as pawning, remittance, micro-insurance, and business to business micro loan solutions. I mostly do general administrative assistant duties as well as receptionist-type duties like answer incoming calls, handle customers queries, provide ongoing customer service support, receive and process insurance sales and claims, schedule appointments, generate reports and other documents, maintain front desk procedures including contact information, directions and frequently requested company information.
I really value honesty and integrity with regards to working aspect. I love to watch movies with great stories that can give moral lessons in real life. I also browsing the internet during spare time.
Work Terms
I can work 20 hours per week. My desired salary is Php 15,000-20,000 per month and is negotiable. Payment can be made through Metropolitan Bank Account. I am eager for challenges and looking forward to grow inside your company and hope to work with you.
