Edit headlineDigital Strategist, Business Process Analyst, Project Manager, Reluctant Creative Artist
20+ year seasoned specialist with an eclectic combination of skills and innate talents. The culmination of this vast array of experience in the Information Technology arena has included: business process analysis technical support, documentation, and training, CRM administration, and IT specialized recruiting.
The past 7 years have afforded me an unexpected, yet extremely enjoyable path in the beauty industry, conceiving the internationally distributed natural hair care brand, mainelement: love. Although the product line is no longer in production, the brand name still draws the attention of the consumers who Loved it most and the respect of my industry peers.
This unique culmination of experience led to the role I've enjoyed tremendously; serving 30+ clients over the course of 500+ hours as project manager for a marketing automation consulting company. As PM for a company that boasts the distinguished certification of Oracle Gold Partner, my time and contribution to the team, by way of a virtual office, allowed me to learn, grow and evolve into my newest role as a Digital Strategist.
An "out the box" perspective, innate analysis of business processes, and a capacity to communicate with employees of all levels, from new hire to executive level, has produced an uncommon skill set; an adaptation and evolution of career highs and lows that even the most seasoned employees can relate to.
"Tenaciously headstrong, yet eager to embrace and encourage adaptation" describe my strengths and weaknesses simultaneously. Maintaining the end goal of customer satisfaction as the #1 priority allows me to hold my head high, and keep my fears (and ego LOL) in check when needed.
Overcoming my reluctance to embrace my creative spirit has proved challenging, yet rewarding. I've come to enjoy the fact that I interpret "social media lingo" effortlessly, and welcome it as a favored characteristic of my view on the digital day and age we live in.
