I have recently successfully diagnosed a New Zealand organization and driven their organizational restructuring as their Chief Operations Officer. Previously, I was also an HR Consultant for A BPO Industry based in the US with offices in Philippines, India and Bogota. With them I have developed the Employee Engagement Framework, Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Corporate Communication Playbook and HR Processes Maps.
I had also led a team of International HR Professionals in a 100 Yr Old company as their HR Head in the Middle East Operations. My longest engagement with a remote client was when I got hired as HR and Operations Director for an Amazon Affiliate ECommerce Company based in New York.
