I'm a certified professional Scrum Master and Product owner from scrum.org in March21.

I have been working in different roles and fields (Telecom, IT, Marketing). I used to work as operation manager, Incident and escalation manager, Problem Manager, scrum Master and product owner.

I'm detail oriented, well organised and have good communication skills with customers to achieve customer satisfaction and understand the customer needs.

I have also good communication and presentation skills to the management to provide regular updates.
