I am an MBA holder and a civil engineer with 20+ experience in civil engineering, claims, contract drafting, business administration.
I am capable of contract management through providing a complete analysis of construction contracts and reviewing Fidic contracts as well as claims preparation. Additionally, I can review price adjustment formulas and suggesting relevant sources of indices.
I have participated in issuing claim documentation for EOT and subsequent financial compensations.
• Providing intensive technical support in the preparation of claims and arbitration procedures for AC's projects under the Law of 89, Fidic…etc, including but not limited to revising price escalation invoices, compensation in accordance to the law no. 84 for 2017, EOTs claims…...etc.
• Issuing Corporate Governance documentation and maintaining all related procedures.
• Complete preparation of adjustment formulas in ongoing tenders by providing suitable weighted items to be escalated using price adjustment and determining the international source of price indices for instance in KIDUNDA DAM tender, Tanzania- Hamrine Bridge tender, Iraq, …etc.
