The client shall acknowledge that the services provided to the them are on the basis of information and/or specifications provided by the client.
The timing for completing the work shall be according to the time agreed upon between us and the client. We work any time of the day based on the needs of the clients. We are adaptable to workinging environment and can work under pressure to meet deadlines.
A good understanding between us and the client is of great importance . Proper communication will ensure that we deliver the best work that meets our clients expectations. The client should be very simple, clear and straightfroward about the job he wants to be done. This will ensure we offer quality work.
Payments should be done in time and as per the agreement. The means of payment shall be as per the agreement too.
There shall be total confidentiality for any work and engagements done to our clients. Information, materials or anything that pertains to our clients shall remain protected unless when given aconsent by the specific client to share.
The client will not unlawfully discriminate against the freelancer when receiving the services either directly or indirectly on such grounds as race, gender, colour, ethnic or nation of origin, religion or belief, sex or sex orientation, or age.
The client is required to have complete trust in us. We shall do the job he/she has hired us to do, to the best of our expertise and deliver the best results desired. He will be required to be patient with us as we do the job provided we deliver as per our agreed on terms.
Termination
We may terminated or suspend access to our service with or without prior notice for breaching the terms.
