Processing of the end-of-service administration of final settlement for relevant employees,

Preparation of Debit Authority & SIF file and send to the bank for salary processing
Developing and implementing policies and strategies according to HR Manager
Supervising performance appraisal, manpower planning and employee database
Formulating and developing job descriptions, organization charts and reports
Interacting and coordinating with PRO’s to get work permits and security passes
Maintaining records of expiry dates (passports and permits) to initiate renewal procedures
