Windows IT Administrator (Tier 2) - Active Directory / Domain Controllers, Migrations/Upgrades, Policies (GPO), and Custom Solutions
- Microsoft Office 365 Administrator for Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Microsoft Exchange Administrator including Email server and message Troubleshooting
- Windows 10, Windows 11
- Technical Support: Including General, Expert, Remote, and Phone Support
- Microsoft Azure AD and Hybrid Cloud/On-prem Domain Controllers
- Troubleshooting Complex Problems
- Debugging and Fixing Broken Automated Processes

Work Terms
Hours of Operation: Our IT services are available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 11 PM. We offer emergency on-call support outside these hours to manage urgent issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Payment Terms: Services are billed at a standard rate of $15 per hour.
Preferred Communication Style: Clear Communication as by approved Guru Platform.
