• 10 years of work experience in IT as role of Software Test Lead / Sr. QA Analyst / QA and Software support and testing engineer supporting areas of client-server technology, Web application and Data warehousing/Business Intelligence, in diverse business & technical environments, with demonstrated leadership abilities and setting up Test environments.
• Expertise on US Health Care domain, Gujarat Government Home department Project (HDIITS), HMIS and infrastructure upgrade application.
• Expertise designing and developing test plan, test strategy, test cases and generating test report, defect report and product quality assurance documentation.
• Experience in implementing SDLC methodologies including agile methodology and waterfall model. Experience testing applications built on SOA architecture.
• Expertise with Black box test design techniques like Boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, decision table testing , state transition testing and error guessing techniques, smoke, functional, regression, beta testing, database and integration testing.
• Experience with Automation QTP and Selenium, Performance testing by Jmeter and Blaze meter.
• Expertise in problem solving and bug reports using defect tracking tools like Quality center, JIRA, Bugzilla and Issue tracker.
• Experience in working with multiple rational databases like SQL Server 2000, MS Access, and My SQL. Expertise in writing SQL select queries to verify the database.
