Work Terms

OPERATIONS:
Business hours are 9 am-6 pm.

COMMUNICATION:
Preferred methods of communication are email and the GURU message board. Other acceptable methods are SKYPE and phone.

PAYMENT TERMS:
For all non-website projects:
• 100% - On final artwork approval. Files to follow.

For all website projects:
• 50% - On project initiation
• 25% - 100% of work completed on the demo server
• 25% - Launched site live on client-server

Payment Methods:

SCOPE & DELIVERY: Careful analysis is taken into consideration prior to project start including the client's thoughts, examples, goals, target audience, current branding, etc. A comp "in the rough" is provided for conceptual approval prior to producing to the final stage. Conceptual feedback (if any) is then incorporated into the first proof. Unlimited revisions/tweaks. All products are delivered in production-ready PDF format. Other formats are provided per project basis by request.
