I'm a lawyer with legal education and practice over multiple jurisdictions and a wide variety of legal work. I started out with legal work as an in-house lawyer for an software development company, followed by years of practice with law firms in both the corporate and dispute side of the industry.

On the corporate side, I would negotiate and draft a variety of contracts, including license agreements, NDAs, SPAs, MOUs, Articles, Event contracts, FIDIC contracts, engineering contracts, SOW, Vendor contracts, JV agreements, settlements agreement, real estate agreements, amongst others. I would also research law to provide legal opinions on a variety of different areas, including procedural, jurisdictional and business decisions. I advised on corporate transactions and company incorporations and structures.

On the dispute side, I would advise and negotiate on a variety of corporate disputes, largely contracts and breach disputes. This included negotiations, discovery, pleadings, submissions and correspondence with opposing counsel. I would also draft legal notices on behalf of clients and communicate with the opposing party on issues of performance and compliance.

More recently, I gained experience in corporate governance and corporate governance standards and best practices and policy application thereof. This includes research drafting and application of policy.
