Digital Polyphony did a great job for what our company asked them to do. They always did a great job of keeping me in the communication loop as to what they were doing and the progress they had made on a daily bases. Digital Polyphony is very easy to work with, we were able to talk to Digital Polyphony directly on the phone and over AOL Instant Messenger. One thing that impressed me the most with Digital Polyphony was this: I was going to have Digital Polyphony implement Paypal's Website Payments Pro onto our site because I was under the impression that a customer would be able to stay on our site and pay for what he/she wanted to purchase without having to be re-directed to Paypals site. Digital Polyphony realized that was incorrect information and provided me great documentation on where they found that information, so that I could read that information. Digital Polyphony knew that we were looking for a payment gateway so that a customer would be able to stay on our site. Digital Polyphony also gave us great information on getting a payment gateway from one of Authorized.net resellers. Our business has decided to wait on implementing the Authorize.net part, but Digital Polyphony said to let them know when that time comes, and they would be more than happy to work on that project. I would recommend Digital Polyphony to anyone that needs some work done to their website or work on a new website. They are great people to work with! Jay JDK Associates
