By all rights, Laura is an excellent editor. She is proactive, spotting potential problems as they begin to develop, as well as a litany of typos, grammatical errors, and the usual bulk of any editor's day. Yet she remains emotionally distant from the process, providing intelligent recommendations with examples and alternatives to these problems rather than (as we have seen before in other editor's) blindly assuming that the regimental "correct way" is what the creator is actually after. She has proven herself to be proficient in both technical writing and more conversational styles. Overall we are impressed with Laura's eye for detail and ability to gauge the style of information flow. We have worked with many editors over the years and Laura is definitely one of our top three favorites. We believe you will find her work satisfactory.
