My work as a Vendor Care Agent at Turbocart, where I helped upload vendors' products onto the website (similar to platforms like Jumia), really taught me the importance of attention to detail. It wasn’t just about data entry; it was about ensuring that every product was presented in the best way possible, so customers would have a seamless shopping experience.

Currently, I’m working at Batolab, where I support the Executive Director of Operations. My role involves everything from managing calendars to conducting in-depth research on different topics.
