Work Terms

1. Service Description: Data entry services include data input, verification, document formatting, and spreadsheet management tailored to client needs.
2. Rate and Payment: Rate is $5 per hour with a minimum budget of $25. Payments via Bank, due within 7 days of invoice receipt.
3. Hours of Operation: Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requests outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
4. Project Scope: Detailed project descriptions, including tasks, deadlines, and deliverables, will be agreed upon before starting. Changes to scope must be approved by both parties.
5. Timeline: Deadlines will be set based on project requirements. Timely feedback is crucial to meet deadlines. Estimated delivery times will be provided.
6. Confidentiality: Client data will be handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared without prior consent.
7. Quality Assurance: Work will be accurate and detailed. Errors reported within 7 days of delivery will be corrected at no extra cost.
8. Revisions: Revisions based on initial requirements are included. Additional revisions beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.
9. Communication: Preferred communication via [email, phone, or other]. Updates and progress reports will be provided regularly.
10. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the project start. Refunds for work completed will be evaluated individually.
11. Termination: Either party can terminate the agreement with written notice if terms are not met. Payment for work completed up to termination will be required.
12. Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through direct communication and negotiation. Unresolved disputes may lead to mediation or legal action.
13. Agreement: By engaging services, both parties agree to these terms. Modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both.
