Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation:

I operate in GMT+3 and am available for work between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays. I observe weekends as non-working days.
2. Communication Style:

Immediate response is a priority! I am committed to instant communication through Guru.com's messaging system for project-related discussions. I strive to respond promptly to messages during regular working hours in GMT+3.
3. Project Updates:

I provide real-time updates on project progress, ensuring constant transparency and facilitating timely feedback.
4. Payment Terms:

Payment terms are set to "Upon Milestone Completion." Invoices will be sent through Guru.com's invoicing system following the successful completion of project milestones. All payments are expected to be made through Guru.com's secure payment system.
5. Payment Escrow:

For larger projects, I recommend using Guru.com's Escrow service. This provides security for both parties by ensuring that funds are available before the project begins.
6. Revisions and Edits:

I offer up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Ensuring your satisfaction with the final deliverable is important to me.
7. Confidentiality:

I take client confidentiality seriously. Any sensitive information shared during the project will be treated with the utmost discretion.
8. Cancellation Policy:

In the event of project cancellation, fees may be applicable based on the project's stage. Please refer to the project agreement for details.
9. Code of Conduct:
