I've worked as a customer service representative locally for the last 2 years. It was an Australian based company here in the Philippines. I've handled mainly remittances (AUD) and logistics from Australia. I am currently working part-time as a Timetable Expert at PMI (Primary Music Institute). I make the schedules of the students for their instrument lessons. I also answer queries from parents and teachers. I've also done some product research for a person from Dubai. However, it was on Aliexpress and 1688.com. I've used Alishark for that research.
