Work Terms
Project Scope and Agreement:
All projects will begin with a detailed scope of work, outlining deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. A formal agreement or contract will be signed before work commences to ensure mutual understanding and commitment.
Payment Terms:
For larger projects, milestone-based payments can be arranged. All payments should be made via secure methods such as PayPal, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon platforms.
Revisions and Feedback:
I offer up to two rounds of revisions included in the project fee. Additional revisions beyond the initial scope will be billed at an hourly rate. Timely feedback from the client is crucial for staying on schedule.
Project Timeline:
The timeline for each project will be clearly outlined in the agreement. Timelines depend on the project’s complexity, but I am committed to delivering quality work within the agreed timeframe.
Confidentiality:
I respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed if required to ensure privacy and security.
Scheduled Meetings:
I’m available for video or voice calls via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams for more in-depth discussions. Meetings should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Response Time:
I typically respond to emails and messages within 24 hours during business days.
Hours
Business Hours:
I operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time zone). These are my standard working hours for communication and project work.
Time Zone Considerations:
I accommodate clients from different time zones and can adjust meeting times accordingly. However, work outside of my standard hours may require prior arrangement.
Weekend and After-Hours Work:
Weekend or after-hours work can be arranged in special circumstances, but may incur additional fees. Advance notice is required for such requests
