-Annually budget and Quarterly rolling forecast preparation.
-Managing working capital.
-Work and deal with Internal Audit (Region), External Audit( PWC), Tax authorize, Banks for short-term loans.
-Managing staff for preparing monthly closing including cost calculation. Trade receivable collection. Monthly stock-take, fix asset count.
-Prepare monthly sales report, financial reports with analysis on income bridge.
-Review and sign on PR,PO, payment voucher and Bank Payment Order(TT).
-Purchasing activities from Local and Oversea suppliers.
