Creating clear concise documents for everything from designing menu flows and functionality per requirements to End User and Service Documents, Test Cases, Release Notes, I have done it all.

I started with a company way back in 1997 as a Support Engineer and Liaison between the Engineering Department and all other departments of the company. I created documents that were clear and concise to the subject, so good that the Service Department Manager who was in charge of documentation stopped creating his own and used mine because they were more detailed and easier to follow than the ones he created. I love writing. I love taking hard to explain concepts and making them easy for anyone to understand. I am new to the Freelance Field as of this update to my profile but hope to change that with time. I work with the thought in mind that the most efficient way to get something done is to do it right the first time.

Work Terms

Hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m - 4:30 p.m. CST M-F but I am willing to work more if needed.
Payment terms can be negotiated
