Who is Donna Raymond Leung?
I am a fun-loving, hard-working individual who has spent the past 20+ years working and advancing in the corporate world. Additionally, for the last ten years of those years, I served as a Team Leader and Operations Manager, and ultimately a Supervisor over multiple locations. During those years, I have honed many skills including, but not limited to:
Process creation and control
Inventory control
E-mail Management
Customer service
Purchasing
Creating and populating spreadsheets
Project management
Internet research
Scheduling and travel arrangements
Medical coding and Billing
Medical Administrative Assistant
What I have found is that I am very good and efficient at all of the skills listed above and would like to help you get through any of these tasks you dislike, find too time-consuming, or daunting for you to handle yourself.
I am currently working with TEDx FountainHills to create an educational and empowering experience.
Work Terms
My hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. M-F. I do not work weekends or nationally recognized holidays.
Most client communication is limited to email, text and instant message. I can be reached very quickly via these methods during working hours. Time management is key in this type of business and answering the phone constantly is not conducive to productivity. This is not to say we cannot ever talk on the phone if necessary; phone calls will just need to be scheduled ahead of time.
Turnaround Time
I strive to return all emails and messages within 24 hours at the latest (excluding weekends and holidays), although it almost never takes that long. Project and task turnaround times vary by what the project or task is, but I always strive to meet your deadlines on all projects and tasks. I will always tell you (based on your needs and my schedule) when you can expect a project or task to be completed.
