I was in a bind to get a Word file saved to pdf. The printer was awaiting the file and another Freelancer had failed twice to complete the job. I phoned Mr. Weirens and he recognized the urgency. He didn't insist on Guru protocol; simply said send me the file. Before we'd even come to terms he emailed a completed file. The file didn't meet the specs and when I contacted him again he didn't send another "try this" file. Instead, he contacted the printer personally and found out exactly what was required. I believe you will find Mr. Weirens to be a competent and consciences employee.
