I am an educated and highly qualified Entrepreneur, Teacher and a Virtual Assistant for over nine years. I completed my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from William Paterson University. Initially, I had started as an Executive/Administrative Professional and Customer Service Representative having worked in the Corporate World well over 15 years, along with Teaching in my own classroom setting. As an established Remote Virtual Assistant for 9 years, I offer assistance in all areas of Phone Support including B2B, Call Center Services, Daily Compliance Calling, Cold Calling, Telemarketing, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting and Quality Assurance by monitoring call recordings, 3 way conference calls (both audio and video) in an inbound/outbound call center environment using intuitive QA technology while conducting written evaluations, comprehensive reporting and unbiased feedback). Duties also include, all areas of research, Lead Generation by compiling lists for CRM Database, Email and Social Media Marketing, Podcast Support, transcribing and creating show notes for blog posts, Concierge Services, gift ordering, confirm and schedule appointments, travel and transportation services, reservations for groups, lectures, meetings, venues, events, hotel stay arrangements. Solve technical issues, answer customer queries via phone, email, live chat, text or instant messenger, calendar and email management, create and update spreadsheets, prepare written material (social media posts, newsletters, resumes) scanning, faxing, assist with banking, finance, bill paying, loan applications, credit analysis verification. I also provide services that assist clients with general administrative duties, phone services, answering customer queries via email, live chat or instant messenger, confirming and rescheduling appointments, follow-up calls and calendar management.

Work Terms

I am available Monday -Sunday in the morning, afternoon and evenings. I rather hourly pay but I will also negotiate project-based pay. I utilize weekly SafePay and I would like to have a consult to discuss your needs further.
