My mission is to give, for giving is what I do best and I can learn to do better.
Some might consider me an exceptional man, a typical Ivy League graduate, world traveler, passionate educator, and meticulous editor. Although I own very little, I make a living doing what I love.
In 2007 I studied at China's premier institution, Peking University. There I discovered my love for languages, teaching, and writing. In 2008 I returned home to start an editing business. Soon afterward I enrolled at the University of Texas to complete a B.A. in English. In 2010 I accepted a full scholarship offer to study business and economics overseas. Later I enrolled into the educational linguistics division at Penn GSE. Under the tutelage of renowned experts in the field (currently ranked #5 in the world), I became a much wiser, more informed educational practitioner and researcher.
At the moment, I'm working on a publication for the Oxford Journal, managing an editing/proofreading business, and offering private lessons to ESL learners within the San Antonio community.
Work Terms
I offer proofreading and editing services at different rates (depending on delivery date). The maximum word count that I can do for next-day proofreading is 4,500 words. For next-day editing, I prefer to do a maximum of 1,500 words. Why do I place such restrictions? Because I'm a professional who cares about giving his clients the highest level of service possible.
