Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetics (PBPK) model for transport of inhaled nanopartilcles (in vivo clinical study, Liposomal Ciclosporin A). Proof-of-Concept (PoC) study (Budget: 4 Mio€; Partners: Fraunhofer-Institut für Toxikologie und Experimentelle Medizin (ITEM); Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen, Medizinische Klinik und Poliklinik II (JLU), Max-Planck Institute, Bad Nauheim (MPI)).
